Q: Where to shop AmSTRONG?

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do. For most international orders, it takes approx. 5-8 business days for the package to arrive. Click HERE to check out our shipping policy.

Q: What currency are your prices in?
A: All prices are primarily displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). You may also switch to US Dollars (USD) in top menu.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For online orders, we accept Visa, Master, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you prefer to pay with PayMe or FPS, simply DM our customer support via Facebook / Instagram. We will assist you with placing orders.

Q: Why I can't receive my order confirmation email?
A: Maybe it goes to your junk / spam box. If you don't receive any email / phone 
notifications from us 12 hours after placing order, please contact our customer support. We will investigate further.

Q: How can I track my AmSTRONG order?
A: Courier's tracking reference is shown on order status page and emailed to you, once your order is shipped.

Q: Can I apply online discount code in the retail purchase?
A: No. Online and retail promotions are separate.

Q: Can I apply more than one discount codes on the same order?
A: No. Each order accepts one 
discount code only.

Q: Does AmSTRONG accept bulk purchases?

A: We don't say 'AmSTRONG' in the way we say two words 'am strong'. It is pronounced like the surname 'Armstrong' with the first syllable 'arm' changed to 'M', exact pronunciation of letter M ;-)
