Q: Where to shop AmSTRONG?

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. For most international orders, it takes approx. 5-14 business days for the package to be delivered. Click HERE to check out our shipping policy.
Q: Are tax & duties covered?
All prices displayed on am-strong.com are exclusive of taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties. If import taxes and duties are applicable to your order, the courier will contact you with details for customs clearance.
Q: Do I need to provide ID number at checkout?
Currently only Taiwan orders are required to provide full name and ID number for custom purpose. Taiwan customers can provide the information at checkout or via email to hello@am-strong.com
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and FPS. If you prefer to pay with PayMe, please contact our customer support. We will assist you with placing orders.
Q: Why I can't receive my order confirmation email?
Maybe it goes to your junk / spam box. If you don't receive any email / phone notifications from us 12 hours after placing order, please contact our customer support. We will investigate further.
Q: How can I track my AmSTRONG order?
Courier's tracking reference is shown on order status page and emailed to you, once your order is shipped.
Q: Can I apply online discount code in the retail purchase?
Nope. Online and retail promotions are separate.
Q: Can I apply more than one discount codes on the same order?
Nope. Each order accepts one discount code only.
Q: What terms and condition are applied to discount codes/ sale items?
Each discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, codes, or promotions. Sale items cannot be refunded, while we accept exchange. In case of any dispute, AmSTRONG’s decision shall be final.
Q: Does AmSTRONG accept bulk purchases?

Q: How do you pronounce 'AmSTRONG'?
We don't say 'AmSTRONG' in the way we say two words 'am strong'. It is pronounced like the surname 'Armstrong' with the first syllable 'arm' changed to 'M', exact pronunciation of letter M. Give it a try ;-)
